Service Department

We employ 15 factory-certified, trained service technicians that are competent in servicing all Digital and
Color equipment. Our service technicians are assigned various territories throughout the state
with one to two technicians in Pine Bluff, Searcy, Lonoke, Conway, El Dorado, Hot Springs,
Jonesboro, Forrest City and Malvern. We also have certified, trained technicians to rebuild used equipment for customers
not in the market for new equipment. For the more sophisticated network equipment, we also have an in-house
certified network specialist who is fully trained on all software. For more information on networking services,
